high school
these are the people that are the future of capeside, the ones that attend capeside high school. they go to the football games, the dances, go to parties and just do all the regular teenage things that you find in a small town. they’ve all been going to school together their entire life so unless you’re new in school, you probably know every single one of your classmates.

college
these are the people who’ve decided to stay in capeside, choosing to attend capeside community college rather then venture off onto somewhere new. some of them may have jobs, may have their own apartments but a majority of them will probably still be living at home, still in the familiarity that they have had their entire life.

citizens
these are the townies, the people who have decided to stay in capeside and continue calling it their home. they own businesses in the town or work at one of the local businesses. 

relief
these are the people who came to capeside for the relief effort, most of the work has already been done but there are still things that need to be fixed. they are volunteers, from all over the usa/world. some of may want to leave but a few of them may actual grow to love the town and decide to extend their stay.
